New Paths to Inclusion

The “New Paths to Inclusion” project is going to transfer the newest developments and experiences in Person Centred Planning and Practice from the United Kingdom to the vocational education and training and service provider systems in six European countries: Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy and Luxemburg.

The project´s main objective is to develop a modular and inclusive Curriculum and Training in Person Centred Planning and Practice. Three pilot courses will be organized in Czech Republic, Germany and Austria in frame of the project. The important project's output will be the European publication “Training and Practice in Person Centred Planning”.

By establishing Transfer Platforms at regional/national level and cooperating with Inclusion Europe – Europe´s largest umbrella organisation for people with intellectual disabilities and their families – at the European level, we seek to raise the impact and promote the sustainability of the “New Paths to Inclusion” project.
